General Release of Liability
The undersigned (the "Releasor") in exchange for promises and other valuable consideration, receipt of and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of being permitted to participate in racing events conducted by Powerslide Motorsports Inc., intending to bind himself and his personal representatives, heirs, successors, assigns and next of kin, hereby releases, waives, discharges and promises not to sue Powerslide Motorsports Inc., its employees, officers, shareholders and affiliates (the "Releasees") from all liability to the Releasor, his personal representatives, heirs, successors, assigns and next of kin for all loss damage, and any claim or damage therefore, on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of Releasor, however caused, by the negligence of Releases or otherwise, the Releasor is participating in racing activities with Releasees.
Releasor agrees to save, indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost Releasees may incur due the Releasor's participation in racing activities with Powerslide Motorsports Inc., or by the Releasor's presence in or around race track areas while participating in racing activities with Powerslide Motorsports Inc.
Releasor hereby acknowledges that participating in racing activities with Powerslide Motorsports Inc. is inherently dangerous and involves the risk of serious injury, death and property damage. Releasor assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage whether due to the negligence of Releasees, including negligent rescue, or otherwise while in or around a racetrack area or participating in racing activities with Powerslide Motorsports Inc.
Releasee acknowledges that this release, waiver and indemnification agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state where the contemplated racing activities take place and if any portion of the agreement is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance of the agreement shall. Notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
Releasor further acknowledges that he has carefully read the above release and knows and understands its contents, knows and understands that by signing this release he gives up substantial rights and assumes the risk of injury, death or property damage, and signs this release as his own free act.

Rental Agreement
I agree to return my rental race car to Powerslide Motorsports, at the end of the rental period, in essentially the same condition, except for normal wear, and accept full financial responsibility to effect repairs, both mechanical and cosmetic, to return said vehicle to race ready condition. All repairs will be carried out by Powerslide Motorsports or their designated sub-contractors.
A deposit of $_________ for potential repairs is to be made before the car is released at the event for participation. The agreed deposit will be held by Powerslide Motorsports and returned promptly after the post race check has confirmed the car's condition. The deposit will be used to offset the cost of any repairs, either cosmetic or mechanical, that are the result of activity during the rental period. In the event of significant race damage, a detailed estimate will be provided. Total repairs will not exceed the stated value ($__________) of the vehicle, less salvage value as determined by Powerslide Motorsports. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the estimated repairs, the undersigned agrees to provide additional funds to cover the full amount of the repairs.
